Blush Crush!

£17.50

Hey beautss!
So as I mentioned in my last post, I had gone on a mini shopping spree and wanted to purchase a few goodies - While roaming around the MAC counters I came across this beautiful coral coloured blusher ;and believe me when i say beautiful, I mean it! It was literally love at first sight so I decided to treat my self and purchase it.
This product is magical, It has a hint of shimmer in it which makes your cheeks glow when hit by light. The blush is a colarly peachy colour and when you've applied it onto the skin, It doesn't make your face look 'too made up' and is suitable for everyday use - So I would defo recommend you to pop off to your nearest MAC store and purchase it!

Another Cute Blush I Purchased...

..The Sleek blush by 3 palette, which I brought from Superdrug. The colours are amazing and will work for everyday use as they aren't so pigmented but are visible when applied to the skin, which makes your make up look somewhat natural looking.

I the packaging of the product it self, as it looks 'neat and tidy' ,lol? and its sososo pretty! I would really recommend this palette for everyday use,or even to save money - as three different blushes come in one platte which could save you £££ as you wouldn't need to buy separate blushes!

MAC Fond de teint

Hey beauts,
So I went on this mini shopping spree in Oxford Street and decided to pop into Selfridges as I was in need of a few bits and pieces of make up; Without thinking I headed straight to the MAC area in search of great pieces. I was in desperate need of a new foundation and something more lighter to wear as it is Summer after all,(however the actual weather doesn't do the summer season any justice here in London!)... Anyway, I asked the gorgeous lady there to match me up and,as it was my first time using a MAC foundation she recommended me this aaaaamazing studio fix fluid! It works wonders for only £19.50  it gives great coverage yet feels so delicate and light on the skin.
Ive got to say, I adore the bottle itself, it feels ridiculously soft and is beautifully made and depicts the quality inside; However, Im not a huge fan of the smell as to me, it smells a bit like paint-  I can live with that! Only when I got home did I realise that this specific bottle didn't come with a squirty thingy mijigy but then conquered the advantage of it as it doesn't allow much liquid to come through yet, the amount that does come through is more than enough! It saves a lot and lasts longer!
Although Im a beginner in the MAC foundation area , I highly recommend this foundation if you are in search for something light with great coverage!

All Time Favourite Book

Gypsy Boy is by far the best book I've ever read! Its gripping and is a real page turner. I've tried to have breaks but just couldn't put this book down. Its written by Mikey Walsh, who infact, is the 'Gypsy Boy' the title is referring to.

Gypsy Boy is about a young Romany Gypsy who was born into a closeted and very proud community. Growing up, he didn't really attend school,he seldom mixed with non-gypsies but although Mikey inherited a vibrant and loyal culture, his family's legacy was bittersweet with a hidden history of grief and abuse. Abuse plays a MASSIVE part in this book as Mikey has been abused by his father and  uncle ever since he was four. His fathers family are well known for they're victory in bare knuckle fighting, and his father was expecting him to make him proud and become a champion in the sport, however, the young boy was never the 'rough type'. Deep down his father was aware of this but his pride wouldn't allow him to except the fact 'tis the reason for why his father would abuse Mikey everyday in hope that one day the boy would be like the rest of his 'tough' cousins. His father would embarrass the young boy publicly buy hitting him with his belt and using a power hose to spray him.Naked. In the caravan camp in front of everyone as a punishment for not being man enough.

That was just a snippet of the beginning of the book. Throughout the whole thing, every chapter, every page and every sentence hit me with various emotions. Its breath taking and is worth having a read.
